Mine Diver 1

Sweden has a long history of mining and many of them are now waterlogged, full of abandoned structures, tools, sites and shafts. Inaccessible to most but not to those with the training and knowledge.

NAUI Mine Diver 1 is the foundation for diving in this environment. Those certified Mine Diver 1 are trained to dive in a mining environment without decompression and with a maximum of two route choices.

 

The course gives you the tools, skills, protocols and abilities to minimize risks and handle situations that arise. The course includes theory, open water diving and eight mine dives. The courses are conducted with two to three students, which gives us plenty of time for individual development.
